Legal Terms & Conditions for Queertego

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Queertego's website, services, and activities (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Queertego" refers to Queertego Foundation Ltd., a non-profit organization registered in Jamaica.

  • "User" or "you" refers to anyone accessing or using the Services.

  • "Content" refers to text, images, videos, and other materials posted on our website or created through our services.

2. Use of the Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information.

  • You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Jamaica when doing business with us, and to follow our community guidelines when engaging with our spaces.

3. Content

  • Queertego does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any Content provided by Users.

  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote Content you share directly with us, on our website and social media channels.

  • We reserve the right to remove or edit any Content that we consider objectionable, defamatory, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Services, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, are owned by Queertego or its licensors.

  • You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.

5. Liability

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Services.

  • We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Queertego, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Jamaica International Arbitration Centre.

8. Changes to these Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

  • We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

  • Upon termination, you agree to destroy all copies of Content provided by us.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
