At Queertego, we appreciate your support and generosity in donating to our cause or purchasing merchandise from us. However, due to the non-profit nature of our organization, all donations, merchandise and ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Donations: Non-Refundable

  • All donations made to Queertego are considered irrevocable gifts.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Changes in personal circumstances

    • Disagreement with our mission or values

    • Failure to receive a specific service or benefit

  • By making a donation to Queertego, you acknowledge that your contribution is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

Merchandise: Non-Refundable

  • All merchandise sold by Queertego is considered final sale.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Changes in size, fit, or style

    • Defects or damage to the product

    • Disagreement with the quality or design of the merchandise

  • By purchasing merchandise from Queertego, you acknowledge that your purchase is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

Tickets: Non-Refundable

  • All event tickets sold for a cost by Queertego is considered final sale.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Changes in attendance status

    • Loss of ticket or ticket access

    • Disappointment with the quality of an event

  • By purchasing tickets from Queertego, you acknowledge that your purchase is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

  • Tickets will be transferrable if an event is postponed or cancelled to the same or a different Queertego event.

Acknowledgement

By making a donation, purchasing tickets or merchandise from Queertego, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy. You agree to hold harmless Queertego and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates for any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your purchase or donation.
